Abdellah Kharbouch Lekhal

Abdellah has more than 13 years experience in accounting and finance management.

Having started his career with the large international audit firm BDO Atrio, Abdel has spent five years with the Zenitel Group(SAIT RADIOHOLLAND), a Belgian listed telecommunication company. In the beginning of 2007, the management of Aedifica (a real estate start-up listed company), called on Abdel in order to design and set up the financial and accounting departement.

His experiencs within the Zenitel Group and subsequently Aedifica have enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of the challenges associated with financial management in multi-national companies, as well as in fast growing new businesses.

Since the end of 2008, Abdel has worked as an interim finance consultant/manager on a variety of projects.

As Corporate Accounting Manager for Aedifica, a Euronext quoted a real estate company was responsible for day-to-day management of the accounting department, control and co-ordination of monthly accounts processes, consolidation under IFRS, coordination of the reporting of the acquired companies, control and monitoring of the group's cash management

2006 - 2007

As Group Controller for Zenitel, a Euronext quoted telecom company, produced the monthly consolidation of 33 companies located in Europe, America and Asia as a primary responsibility.
While also acted in a consultancy capacity and as first point of contact providing technical guidance on IFRS/IAS rules, complex operations reporting and intercomany reporting procedures.

2001 - 2005
